PROJECT TITLE/TOPIC Summarise the topic or issue to be addressed by the project.
PROJECT SCOPE Provide a detailed description of the project’s purpose: main aims and objectives including proposed themes and issues.
PROJECT SIGNIFICANCE Explain why the topic is important and innovative for the network, and how the project advances the goals and strategies of EII. Indicate how this project will be of benefit to the Network.
PROJECT OUTCOMES What are the targeted deliverables? What outcomes may be produced as a result of this project? What is the expected impact of these outcomes?
PROJECT FORMAT How will the project be structured? Include draft programs for any major activities and/or events, including a listing and justification of possible keynote speakers, international experts etc.
OTHER TARGETTED PARTICIPANTS Who will participate in the project activities and events other than the organizing team summarized above? eg. Delegates at a workshop.
DETAILED BUDGET Provide a breakdown of the estimated costs for the project, and justify this expenditure.
