EII Project Report
FORMAT
·
Report should
include two sections:
o
Publicly accessible
survey/discussion paper
o
Confidential
section detailing budget report and any problems
·
Report must refer
to the original proposal and summarize all outcomes of the project.
·
Report must refer
to the Network’s
Strategies & Goals
and associated
Key Performance Indicators.
·
Maximum length of
12 pages.
·
Due within one
month of the project conclusion
·
If project
was funding to assist the preparation of a grant application, Project
Coordinator will send a copy of the application to the Network Convenor when it
is submitted.

Summarise the topic or issue which was addressed by the project.

SCOPE
Provide a summary of the project’s purpose: main aims
and objectives including themes and issues investigated.
PROJECT
OUTCOMES
In reference to
Network’s

Key Performance Indicators:

outcomes have been achieved as a result of this project?

What is the impact
of these outcomes?
o
What future
directions or developments may result from the project?

Any
open problems in the area?

are the key players and how to engage them?

How has this
project been of benefit to the network?

Explain why the
project has proved significant and innovative for the network.

How
has the project advanced the goals and strategies of EII?
FINAL
BUDGET
Provide a breakdown of the
final costs for the project.
PROBLEMS
What problems or disappointments, if any, occurred?
