FORMAT

Report should include two sections:

  • Publicly accessible survey/discussion paper

  • Confidential section detailing budget report and any problems

Report must refer to the original proposal and summarize all outcomes of the taskforce with pointers in the report document to any materials developed

Report must refer to the Network’s Strategies & Goals and associated Key Performance Indicators

Summarise the the overall goals and objectives, including specific issues investigated;

  • Were there changes to the objectives? Please justify.

Summarise targeted deliverables, and specific activities or projects undertaken in the taskforce;

  • Did anything affect the satisfactory and timely progress or completion of the taskforce?

TASKFORCE OUTCOMES

In reference to the EII Network’s Strategies & Goals and associated Key Performance Indicators:

  • To what extent have the goals and objectives been met, and how have these contributed, or are likely to contribute, to the strategic goals of the EII Network?

  • Describe the significant achievements, advances in knowledge, contributions and outcomes of the taskforce:

    • Relevant publications

    • International collaboration/linkages

  • Number of active taskforce team members

  • Number of ECRs funded by the taskforce

  • Number of research students funded by the taskforce

  • Number of workshops, conferences, seminars or other events conducted

  • Number of attendees at workshops, conferences, seminars or other events conducted. Please specifically indicate the number of ECRs and/or research students who attended

  • Number of other activities conducted involving research interaction for ECRs and/or research students

  • Number of activities conducted involving industry stakeholder interaction

  • Number of short and long term visits by international researchers to Australia

  • Number of outreach activities including public lectures or other forms of engagement with people outside the research community including schools, industry and government agencies
