Welcome Dinner

Official Opening: Prof Xiaofang Zhou, Acting Network Convenor, EII

From 6.00pm till 6.30pm, pre-dinner drinks will be in the Freda Bage Common Room. A selection of 3 savouries will be served. Liquor will be bottled red and white wine, heavy and lite beer, orange juice, and a selection of soft drinks.

Dinner will be in the Main Dining Hall from 6.30pm till 10.00pm.

Entree: Spiced sweet potato soup served with a walnut crusted sweet potato
Main: [1] Basil & spinach layered chicken breast on sweet potato mash or [2] Vegetarian meal
Dessert: Vanilla panna cotta with citrus & mint salad

Drinks will be available as above as well as water on tables.

After the function, petit fours, coffee and tea will be served.
